- CCSI Cell Site Civil and Maintenance services include tower repair or reinforcement, foundation repair or replacement, lighting system installation, repair or maintenance as well as other civil work required to maintain or enhance the existing site.
- CCSI will deliver and install all of the necessary components necessary to repair or upgrade the site base on the customers’ requirement
- Our skilled team can add the necessary structural steel to a tower to repair damage or to strengthen and reinforce the tower to support the additional loading often associated with tower mounted equipment such as Remote Radio Units (RRU).
- Adding additional load to a tower often requires some foundation elements to be enhanced or replaced. The CCSI team and can remove and replace the foundation as well as repair or extend a foundation to support additional loading or to simply repair weather related damage.
- All of CCSI civil work can include: moving, reburying or replacing any affected conduit or cabling; painting structural steel, equipment or other surfaces to match existing; restoring grade and surfaces such as asphalt and gravel.
- Additionally our team of technicians and electricians can install, upgrade or repair cell site lighting systems. Our optional lighting system maintenance service also includes routine replacement of lighting components such as sensors, switches and lamps.
- CCSI has extensive experience working with our customers in maintaining and upgrading their sites to meet lease requirements. Our civil work includes all necessary permits and coordination with the tower owner and the appropriate utilities or equipment OEMS as required.
- CCSI's excellent logistics support which utilizes our regional warehouse resources enables us to keep inventory of the equipment and to deliver it to the work site.
- CCSI technical resources provide expertise throughout the project from engineering through ground and tower installation.
