Project Management
The successful completion of turnkey projects requires a high level of organizational skills, excellent communication, superior technical knowledge of the product, and a through understanding of the cell site environment. Each project is assigned to one of CCSI’s highly skilled non-contract, CCSI employed Project Managers. On average, our PM’s have 10 years experience in RF; they are certified in CCI products, undergone extensive professional training in RF, certified to train customer personnel, and adhere to the highest of safety standards. Once a project Manager is assigned to the project, he will be the primary customer contact for all support. He will supply CCSI’s daily tracker or adopt the customers. He will interface with the customer’s Project Manager, RF team, and Ops team.
CCSI’s PM’s have coordinated Cell Site projects through out the country including Hawaii and Caribbean, many are hundreds of cell sites in scope, cover multiple states in area, and have tight budgets and strict time constraints. CCSI’s PM’s have also implemented turnkey in-building projects across the country varying in size from 700 sq ft. to 1 million sq ft. The core PM responsibilities include:
- Project Manage total turnkey solutions.
- Staffing, delivery of materials, personnel, transportation, and warehousing.
- Daily Trackers, reports, and conference calls
- All Closeout documentation
- Billing and invoicing
- Coordination with the CCI factory for any special needs or equipment expedites
- RMA coordination and spare parts inventory
- Quality Assurance
- Safety policy
- Creation of Customer Required MOP’s and SOW’s.
- Adherence to customer’s standards and protocol.
