Project Engineering
Many large customer projects will have a certified non-contract CCSI employed Project Engineer assigned to it. Project Engineers are responsible for “on the ground” supervision of installation and integration crews, quality control, surveys, and audits. They report directly to the PM’s and take a hands-on approach in managing material and labor. They interface directly with the customer’s technicians, contractors, NOC, RF, and Ops personnel. They are highly skilled in RF, can troubleshoot site problems, and recommend solutions.
