Communication Components, Inc. (CCI) iDen Microcell is specifically designed for the iDEN Enhanced Base Station Transceiver System (EBTS). The iDEN Microcell provides efficient space utilization and maximum expansion flexibility for both omni-directional and sectorized site configurations. The unique outdoor cabinet design allows pole or pad mounting of the iDEN Microcell for space limited sites. An optional Base Unit is also included which houses the back-up batteries and occupies two feet by two feet of ground space. The baseline configuration of the iDEN Microcell consists of a two Quad Base Radio (BR), triple-receive diversity, full duplexed system.
